Machel shines brightest at the 27th International Reggae & World Music Awards
Jamaican
artistes Beenie Man, Tarrus Riley, Sean Kingston, Ky-Mani Marley and Stephen
Marley all copped two awards each at the 27th International Reggae & World
Music Awards which was held on Sunday night at the Apollo Theater in New York.
However, none of them were able to top our very own Machel Montano who walked
away with three awards. Machel won the awards for “Entertainer of the Year”,
“Best Calyso/Soca Entertainer of the Year” and “Best Stage Personality”. |
